Brandhouse Nepal – Exchange Policy

At Brandhouse Nepal, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide a flexible exchange option under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• A valid original receipt/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.

Products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Accessories, undergarments, socks, and personal items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

3. Exchange Value

• Exchanges can only be made for an item of equal or higher value. If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
• No cash refund or credit note will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Defective Products

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, Brandhouse Nepal will allow an exchange for the same or similar product, subject to inspection and approval.

5. Rights Reserved

• Brandhouse Nepal reserves the right to deny exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

The decision of the store manager shall be final in all cases of exchange.
